Bathroom remodeling in Bellevue, WA
Your bathroom is leaking again, the grout is stained no matter how hard you scrub, and the vanity your kids were taught to brush their teeth at looks like it belongs in 1998. You’ve put this off for years because the horror stories scare you — the neighbor whose “6-week remodel” stretched into 6 months, the contractor who disappeared after demo day, the surprise bill that doubled the budget.

- No subcontractor surprises. Our tile guys are our tile guys. Our plumbers are our plumbers. They’ve worked together on hundreds of Bellevue bathrooms.
- Fixed-price quotes with a clear change-order process. You won’t get a surprise bill at the end. If we find something behind a wall, we tell you before we fix it.

What to Do Right Now If Your Bellevue Bathroom Needs Work
Before you call anyone — including us — do three things:
- Walk your bathroom with your phone and take photos. Shoot every wall, the shower floor close-up, the vanity from below, and any stained grout or cracked tile. You’ll need these for every contractor conversation.
- Write down what’s wrong AND what you wish it could be. “The shower leaks” is a problem. “I want a walk-in shower with a bench and heated floor” is a scope. Both matter.
- Set a realistic budget range. Most Bellevue bathroom remodels fall between $18,000 and $85,000. The exact number depends on size, whether plumbing moves, and material level. More on this below.
Then call a licensed contractor for an in-home consultation. Not a phone estimate — those are always wrong for bathrooms. A real quote requires someone standing in your bathroom.

What's Included in Our Bellevue Bathroom Remodeling Service
Every WA Best Construction bathroom remodel in Bellevue includes:
- Free in-home consultation. We come to you. We look at the space, talk through your goals, and give you a realistic scope before you commit to anything.
- Design plan with layout options. Not just a paint-and-fixtures spec — a real plan showing how the finished bathroom will work.
- Transparent written estimate. Fixed price, itemized, with a clear change-order process for anything we find behind the walls.
- All permits and inspections handled. We pull the permit. We schedule the inspections. You don’t deal with Bellevue Development Services at all.
- Complete demolition and haul-away. Your driveway stays clean. Your neighbors stay happy.
- Plumbing, electrical, tile, and finish work under one project manager. One point of contact. No subcontractor confusion.
- Proper waterproofing. This matters more than any finish choice. Pacific Northwest moisture is brutal on bathrooms — Schluter Kerdi, redguard, or equivalent waterproofing goes behind every tile surface we install.
- Final walkthrough and punch list. We don’t call a project done until you do.
- Workmanship warranty. Our labor is warranted. Manufacturer warranties on fixtures and materials are registered on your behalf.
Our Bellevue Bathroom Remodel Process — Start to Finish
Here’s exactly what happens from the moment you call us to the day we hand you the keys to your new bathroom:
Week 0 — Free consultation. We meet at your home. 45 to 60 minutes. We measure, look at what’s behind the scenes where we can, and talk through what you want. You get a ballpark range the same day.
Weeks 1–2 — Design and quote. You get a written scope, a fixed-price quote, and (for larger projects) a 3D layout so you can see the finished bathroom before we swing a hammer. You pick finishes and materials. We order long-lead items.
Week 3 — Permit and prep. We pull the City of Bellevue permit. You pick a start date.
Week 4 — Demo and rough-in. Demo day. Then plumbing rough-in, electrical rough-in, and any framing changes. City inspection before we close walls.
Weeks 5–6 — Tile, waterproofing, and finish work. Shower waterproofing goes in. Tile goes up. Vanity lands. Fixtures get installed. Floors go down last.
Final week — Punch list and walkthrough. We walk the bathroom with you. Anything you want touched up gets touched up. Final inspection if required. Keys back to you.
